TripAdvosr Team - Request you to remove the listing...don't even wish to review these guys....previously someone else had done this booking on our behalf and the owners gave us a single room in lieu of our booking for 2 rooms and no refund was given to adjust the amount. This time again someone from family visited and has a similar experience. They have just 6 rooms which are very small double bed rooms, but they informed all the rooms are booked hence we are giving you a big room against your booking for 2 rooms, there's one single room available....liars. TA Team - Please do not put your reputation and customer experience at risk and remove the listing

No parking place, only 6 rooms in the back side small lane entrance . Tea brought from outside roadside stalls . As well as breakfast of Kachori sabji. From road side stall. If you order or is included in your package in winter. Your tea as well as breakfast will become complete cold when it comes to your room.

We booked 2 deluxe double bed rooms but due to peak season the owner duo (father and son) made me adjust with my parents in one single room by giving us an additional bed (mattress) and did not even refund the additional charges we had paid for booking of 2 double bed rooms. Extremely corrupt owners. pathetic service as they do not even offer drinking water. Please refrain from being cheated by opting for better hotels

We stayed here for 2 days and booked the hotel via oyo. The manager is very helping and the rooms are decent and Clean. Situated a little away from the Jain ghat the hotel also provides facility for ganga aarti boat darshan. The hotel though have food issue but for staying it is a nice place. If low on an ac bugdet hotel. It is worth the cost

I booked Wudstay hotel BHU assighat Varanasi for the night of 25 September, 2016 through Findmystay.com at the successful bid of ₹1537 vide booking id no. FMS1000026553 and paid ₹1537 on 2 September, 2016. When we reached Varanasi and went to Assighat looking for this hotel at the vague address given in the booking voucher, we were shocked to find that there was no hotel by that name. We phoned 919555900500, the number given in the voucher, atleast twelve times for the directions to reach the hotel but the person at the other end was evasive and appeared to be ignoring the urgency. We even tried Findmystay.com at the phone no.918010322000 but the voice at the other end said in recorded message that they will revert back after 24 hours. We wasted atleast three hours and then booke Hotel Gateway Ganges at price of ₹5100 for the night.later we got a message to go to Hotel Divine Inn at a totally different address. When later, I threatened to lodge a police complaint against the fraud, Findmysyay.com refunded the amount so paid but failed to compensate us for the harrassment, inconvenience and discomfort. They also failed to tender an unconditional apology as demanded by me.
